Tigernut & Chilli Baked Beans


(serves up to 4 as a side. Preparation time 2 mins, cooking time: 3 minutes in a microwave oven*).


Combine all the ingredients in a non-metallic dish, cover and microwave on full power for 2 mins, stir and heat for a further minute.

Serve hot with chosen main dish or on some toast. Pictured here with some lemon & thyme goat sausages and potatoes.

*Based on an 850w microwave. Adjust times according to the power of your microwave.
