- a 415g tin of baked beans
- 100g sundried/semi-dried tomatoes in oil (drained weight; coarsely chopped)
- 5 tbsp of Bim’s Kitchen Sweet African Tigernut & Chilli Sauce
- (optional) a tbsp pf garlic-infused rapeseed oil
- a pinch of salt
Combine all the ingredients in a non-metallic dish, cover and microwave on full power for 2 mins, stir and heat for a further minute.
Serve hot with chosen main dish or on some toast. Pictured here with some lemon & thyme goat sausages and potatoes.
