400g frozen strawberries
200g plain yoghurt
500ml ice cold milk
30g baobab fruit powder
30g demerara sugar
optional (3 tbsp pomegranate molasses though we used a home-made hibiscus and ginger syrup)
Place all the ingredients in a large blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
