Serves as many as you want to share with. Preparation time 10 mins + marinating time, cooking time about 25 mins
- 800g – 1kg cleaned chicken wings
- 100ml Bim’s Kitchen African Lemon Garlic and Pepper Sauce
- 20ml sunflower oil
- 20ml water
- 10g salt
Mix all the marinade ingredients thoroughly together then pour over the chicken wings and coat thoroughly. Leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour (the longer the better, we left ours overnight).
Preheat the grill function of your oven when ready to cook.
Place chicken on an oven grill rack and then into the middle of the pre-heated oven. Grill for about 20 – 25 mins turning occasionally until the chicken is nicely browned and all juices run clear. Serve hot or cold on its own or with your preferred accompaniments (shown here with some mashed potatoes and vegetables).
