Hot smoky baobab coleslaw

Serves 4 – 6 depending on how served



Combine the mayonnaise and BBQ sauce thoroughly then spoon over the grated vegetables and gently fold in making sure all the vegetables are thoroughly coated. Serve in a sandwich or roll or as a tasty side. (Pictured here in a roll with shredded rotisserie chicken and baby salad leaves with some red peppers and cherry tomatoes.)
