Serves 2. Preparation 10 mins, cooking time 5 mins


  • 300g raw peeled and deveined prawns or shrimp (thoroughly defrosted and then drained if using frozen)
  • 3 tbsp Bim’s Kitchen Chilli Coconut Relish
  • 3 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 small spring onion, sliced


Add the oil to a wok and heat briefly. Add the Chilli Coconut Relish and stir-fry for about 30 -40 seconds. Add the soy sauce, mix through then add prawns/shrimp. Continue stir-frying until prawns are thoroughly cooked (should be pink all over) adding the spring onion just before removing wok from the heat. Serve immediately with crusty bread, rice, noodles or shared on its own as a starter/snack.
