- 2 medium-sized chicken breasts (pre-cooked and cut into strips or large chunks)
- 4 – 6 tbsp Bim’s Kitchen African Baobab & Moringa Dressing
- salad accompaniments of your choice
- (optional) some chopped flat-leaf parsley
Gently mix the dressing and the chicken together in a non-metallic bowl. Add the chopped parsley if using. Serve with your salad (shown here with baby leaf salad, cherry tomatoes and peppers).
TIP: this is a great use for leftover roast chicken. The chicken and salad can also be used to make a delicious sandwich filling.
