African baobab pepper jam mayo

Make as much as you need, just increase ingredients in roughly the same ratio. Preparation time 1 min.



Mix the mayonnaise and baobab pepper jam together. Use as a spread in your favourite meat/fish/cheese or salad sandwich or as a dip. Alternatively mix in some cooked chicken/prawns for a complete sandwich filling (great use of leftover roast chicken/turkey). Keep any left-over covered in the fridge for a day or two. (Shown here mixed with some roast chicken & wild garlic in pita bread and a side salad)
