Made with sweet, fragrant mango from Burkina Faso; tangy Cape gooseberries from Uganda; Anglesey sea salt; a bit of chilli and spices including alligator pepper, this new limited edition relish is beautiful with cheese, cold meats, burgers or sandwiches and can also be used for stir-frying.

Product Description

Main ingredients: mango (45%), water, Cape gooseberries (9%), distilled barley malt vinegar, demerara sugar, minced onion, minced garlic, sunflower oil, alligator pepper, red chillies, Anglesey sea salt PDO, ground ginger, fennel seeds, antioxidant: ascorbic acid (vitamin C).

Diet: suitable for vegetarians and vegans

Shelf life: 18 months from production; after opening refrigerate and best enjoyed within 6 weeks.
