African Pepper Sauce

Product Description

Main ingredients: water, chillies

[yellow scotch bonnet mash (scotch bonnet chilli pepper, salt), birdseye, bhut jolokia] (15%), tomatoes, roasted red peppers (8%), tomato puree, barley malt vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, ground ginger, oregano, thyme, cloves, stabiliser: xanthan gum.

Diet: suitable for vegetarians and vegans

Shelf life: 18 months from production; keep refrigerated once opened and use within 5 weeks.

  1. As soon as I had my first taste I was hooked! I’ve gone through half a bottle in less than a month and will have to order more soon. Interesting and fantastic spicy flavour, I can’t put it down. I’m addicted to mixing it in my hummus, putting it in my pizza, eggs, and just about everything else. Super spicy so first timers use caution 😉
