Makes a great marinade for pork, chicken and fish and a tasty salad dressing. Also a great ingredient for stir-fries and stews.
African Lemon, Garlic & Pepper Sauce
Main ingredients: onion, garlic, lemon juice, alligator pepper, white pepper, cubeb, parsley, oregano, thyme, demerara sugar, molasses, malt vinegar.

Shelf life: 18 months from production; after opening refrigerate and best enjoyed within 5 weeks.
