Fruity and fresh tasting, this syrup is made from an infusion of hibiscus flowers, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper and lemon juice. It is beautiful with ice cream, yoghurt, cereals and on pancakes, waffles and cakes. It can also be mixed in cocktails or used as a baking ingredient.

Main ingredients: hibiscus water (water infused with hibiscus flowers, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, cloves) 46%, demerara sugar, lemon juice.

Diet: suitable for vegetarians and vegans

Shelf life: 18 months from production; keep refrigerated once opened and use within 2 months.
