Reminiscent of a rich chocolate sauce, this dairy-free syrup is made with tangy baobab fruit, cacao, coconut milk, a touch of Anglesey sea salt and cloves. It is beautiful with ice cream, yoghurt, cereals and on pancakes, waffles and cakes. It can also be mixed in cocktails or used as a baking ingredient.

Main ingredients: demerara sugar, water, coconut milk, lemon juice, cacao powder (8%), baobab fruit (3%), Anglesey Sea Salt PDO, cloves, cinnamon, citric acid.

Diet: suitable for vegetarians and vegans

Shelf life: 18 months from production; keep refrigerated once opened and use within 2 months.
