We’ve known our website has been overdue an overhaul for some time and, like the changes we’ve now made to our packaging, we had this on our list of “pressing priorities”. However, even we didn’t dare think we could have such a beautifully designed website in place this soon. It’s only been possible by the real dedication and unflinching support of our new design partners, brace design led by Jayson Winters. We are sure you will agree they have done a superb job! We look forward to a long and successful working relationship with them. If you like what you see are and have been thinking about undertaking new graphic or web design work, we certainly have no hesitation in recommending brace to you. What you see here is just a small part of the superb work they do.
We hope you like what you have seen of us so far this year- refreshed and updated packaging; more new stockists (and growing thanks to our superb new distributor Cotswold Fayre); an imminent appearance on national television (James Martin: Home Comforts, 15.45 BBC1 Monday 24 February) thanks in large part to Marcus Carter at the Artisan Food Club who has known and loved what we do for a very long time. Marcus had no hesitation in suggesting us to the programme makers when asked to suggest possible subjects for the series. We know we will have a lot more to share with you as the year progresses so keep watching this space!
We have come a long way since our first market stall at the Palmers Green Community Market on a cold Sunday in December 2010. We have met some absolutely wonderful people along the way as customers, stockists, suppliers and even people who just like the idea of what we’re doing and have wanted to help us in some way to carry on. Wherever you are, we thank you and hope to continue doing those things that keep us in your thoughts. With your support, our quest to share our unique taste of Africa far and wide will continue!
