First, we ended up launching two new products at Palmers Green Farmers market last Sunday- our African Coconut Chilli and our African Piri Piri. Both went down very well with customers who tasted them and they ended up as that week’s best-sellers. Both will be back at Palmers Green Farmers Market this Sunday and on our website before the end of the week. Second, we are in the process of introducing new labels for our products which include details of ingredients and our new colour-coded maps of Africa to more clearly differentiate hot, medium and mild products. As part of this process, we will be changing the name of our current “African Curry Sauce” to “African Melon Seed Curry” to more easily distinguish it from our other curry sauces. So look out for the the new labels. Third, following initial delivery runs with our courier, we are pleased to inform you that we’ve been given further cost discounts and are happy to pass these on to our customers in full delivery page). Finally, but by no means least, you may recall our recent meeting with Meher Salman of the Spice Shelf in West Sussex. Well Meher has now tasted one of our products (our soon-to-be-renamed African Curry Sauce) and we’ve just received her feedback: “I used the curry sauce in a chicken I made and it was delicious.” Needless to say, we are very pleased with this feedback.
